Rio de Janeiro: 25oC, overcast and a lot of rain.
I’m up early, as always! I started my day with an intense workout, which left me feeling sluggish and lazy. However, I had a busy day ahead.
My first task was to pick up my new glasses from Vera at Belli Occhi Otica in Centro Comercial in Copacabana, in the same gallery where I used to have my school. I always buy my glasses from her; she has a great selection, excellent service, and competitive prices.
I bought the glasses on a whim about a week ago, and now I’m not sure if they are my style. Nevertheless, I’m excited to pick them up and find out.
The weather has been rainy for the past 24 hours, and it looks like the rain will continue for the next week or so. While rain is not everyone’s liking, being English, I’m used to it and enjoy the vibe it brings, especially in Rio, where the rain is warm and not cold like it is in England.
In bed at 9 pm.
