Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro: 29oC, hot, sunny, and slightly stormy.
It is Monday, the first working day of the week. A quick workout in the morning due to time, as the first class is at 7:00 am. The prognosis for the day is a lot of classes, study, and calm.
The classes are obviously for work and money. If I don’t work, I won’t have money and therefore I won’t be able to pay my bills. Study because, without study, I will not be able to move on or move ahead.
The question is to study what is right for you at this specific moment to take you to something greater. There is also a balance between study and how long you should study, between when that new knowledge must be converted from potential into action and realisation.
It could be days, months, or years, but only you know when to make the change. The change also comes with self-awareness, which originates from humility. It is essential to see what we really are, where we are, and what we could be in the future.
Humility is vital in our personal growth because, without it, it is tough to proceed with natural, sustainable value. We must also give ourselves value for what we are and what we represent.
I have a lot to offer in many ways and forms to other people and society in general. However, I also find it challenging to value myself to the value I should. And if I do not do it, who will? People see us how we see ourselves from the inside out.
We vibrate, and what we feel about ourselves and the people who have contact with us pick this up both consciously and unconsciously this vibration. We are what we are from the inside, not necessarily from the outside. Appearances are important, and social media is inverting some principles of attraction, but the predominant law of us dictates it today.
And calm with calm, I can think, create, and mentally build and realise my future and the future of people close and important to me.
Calm is the key to forming the building blocks that lay the future. Calm provides us with the mental power to realise things in the future. No doubt, what a powerful combination!
Work is being productive, and studying is being creative and effective. Humility is the open door to let everything in. Calm is the foundation of everything we plant, and exercise is the trigger. It is not easy to rest without a healthy body and mind.
In bed by 8:30 pm.
Thank you.
