Saturday, the 22nd of April 2023, My Birthday- Part 1:“Starting A Fresh From Your Birthday: A Personal Account of Life Changes and New Beginnings”!!!

Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro: 25oC, warm, sunny and slightly overcast.

I came to Brazil when I was twenty-one; I had Jessica, my first daughter, when I was twenty-eight, and I separated from Nalva, my second wife, when I was forty-nine.

Last year, I turned fifty-six, which is a multiple of seven. It was time for me to make a change, and I did. I stopped drinking, I began to exercise on a regular basis, and I threw myself into many online digital courses; I have changed and become another person in many ways.

Looking back, I now see that my last birthday was the first part of my complete change, laying the way and planting for the future.

It is time to move on to the second phase, which involves creating new businesses and side hustles, diversifying income streams, starting small, and gradually building up. It’s time to stop making excuses and studying more courses and instead to take action. Now is the time to accelerate and pursue my goals with determination.

Besides giving classes, I will begin to create sites, newsletters, and YouTube automation videos and try my hand at POD-Print on demand. Now it is the time to start.

In some ways, I am terrified; in others, I am not. I only know that there is no other way than going ahead.  I cannot go back; I can neither go sidewards, only ahead. I am calm about this. It scares me a little, but I know that I am more than capable of doing something good.

I feel that I need to prove this to myself and, at times, to others too. This last year of preparation has helped me better understand what I am good at and what I am not. What I am capable of and what needs to improve.

All I know is that I am getting older, and it will be too late soon, so now is the moment, preferably without messing it up. I am in good health, intelligent, well-prepared, motivated, and ready! All I have to do is to make it work!!!

Thank you.
