Wordsley, Stourbridge: 7 degrees, very rainy, cold and wet.
I had tried to get up early, but it was impossible.
It was raining outside, so I couldn’t really go for a walk. Instead, after the delay of getting out of bed, I went downstairs, made myself a cup of tea, and exercised in the back living room.
Now I have a morning routine for when I’m in England; it’s not perfect yet, but it’s good.
With some minor tweaks and changes, I will be able to improve myself, become better, more successful in whatever I want to do, and consequently feel happy and fulfilled.
I only gave two classes today, as it’s the second day of the year, so it’s normal to have so few classes. The first week of the new year is always slow, as people are still in the end-of-year holiday mode.
In Brazil, it is also summer, and until carnival, it will continue to be slow, but it will improve.
In bed by midnight.
Thank you.
