Friday the 5h of January 2024: “Kickstarting a Productive Year through Routine”!!!

Wordsley, Stourbridge, England: 4 degrees, sunny with blue skies-a beautiful day.

Classes have been relatively slow this week, which was expected; however, money is still coming in.

I’m investing, and I’m planning.

Today and tomorrow, I want to study more about text-to-speech platforms and which AI platforms offer the most competitive rates. This month, I will try to produce my first faceless video for ‘The long gringo’ channel. I want it to be faceless because I think this format is best for self-help videos.

Besides, it’s not about producing the best video content immediately at the beginning, but rather about establishing a routine, habit, and rhythm of production and publication. In theory, this approach enables gradual improvement of the content through small tweaks and adjustments.

Next week, more pupils will resume their studies after their travels, so things will start to fall into the pace I want and expect. Between classes, I am working on various projects for ‘The long gringo’ brand in some capacity, whether writing in my journal, posting a blog, or creating a YouTube video.

This month is crucial for setting up the future for the rest of the year. What is determined now during this month will continue throughout the rest of the year. So, what I’ve decided this month is essential. If I want to make changes, they must be made now. Now is the right time.

There is never a better time than now to do something!!!

So, therefore, in theory, my routine is planned, confirmed and is being implemented in the following way:

  • Wake up early: preferably before 6:00 a.m.
  • Exercise: aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, preferably outdoors.
  • Journal writing: preferably never missing a day.
  • Core work: preferably whatever time is needed.
  • Secondary work: Something related to my core work, or completely different.
  • Third work: work that can be associated with the other works or of personal interest.
  • Time for myself: meditation, rest, and doing nothing is for me.
  • Whatever: family, friends, loved ones, etc or repeating one of the points before whenever needed.

In bed by 11 p.m.

Thank you.
